What should I expect during my first visit?

How long are appointments?
Your initial visit is approximately 60 minutes, allowing time for a thorough evaluation, discussion of your goals, and personalized recommendations. Follow-up visits are typically 30 minutes and are focused on your individualized treatment plan and progress toward your goals.
Do you accept insurance?
We are a cash-based practice and do not bill insurance directly. However, some insurance plans offer out-of-network chiropractic benefits, and we are happy to provide the necessary documentation for you to submit for potential reimbursement.
